We deliver anywhere in New Zealand at a $8.50 flat rate per order, so you won’t pay more if there are multiple items in your order.

Your order will be shipped with NZ Post tracked.

Shipping Time

This is a guide based on our experience with NZ Post. We pride ourselves on our fast order processing and in many cases the goods will arrive to you the next day.

However, in rare cases shipping or processing may take a little longer. Particularly when natural disasters or other unusual events occur.
Orders made until 12:00pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders made on weekends or public holidays will typically be dispatched on the next operational weekday.

Please note that we can only dispatch orders Monday-Friday and not on public holidays like Christmas or Easter.

Free NZ Post Shipping For Orders Over $75

If the order total at checkout is over $75 then NZ Post shipping will be free.

Discreet Packing

Your privacy is important to us so products are shipped in plain NZ Post packaging with no Golden Bee Store branding.
The sender will be shown as WHJ Retail on the shipping label.

PayPal will securely collect and store your details the first time you use this option. They are then available for quick and secure use anywhere you see the PayPay logo at checkout.

Credit card transactions are processed by PayPal Payments for maximum security. 

We accept Mastercard, Visa or PayPal Balance. 

Payments are processed online in real time and we do not see your card details. 

You will be transferred back to our site for confirmation of your order once payment is accepted.

In your bank statment will show PayPal transaction, your privacy are secure here.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product from Golden Bee Store, don't worry, we'll make it right for you. First, check the batteries, as many issues can be resolved by ensuring they are correctly inserted or replaced. If there's a Battery Tab, remove it before using the item.

If the product has a fault, contact us within 7 days with your order number, and we'll be happy to replace it for you. If the same item isn't available, we'll provide credit so you can choose another product from our website.

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel your order if it has not already been shipped (you should be notified of shipping by email). Just get in touch with us right away with your order number. 

Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply if the parcel has already been picked and packed. 

For Credit Card orders (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal Balance ), a 25% transaction fee will be charged on canceled orders.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purposes. And please carefully check the sizing information before purchasing, as we cannot exchange products due to sizing issues.

Of course we will fulfill our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act and we will exchange products if you received the wrong item as per your order.

Warranties

Our product warranty covers different time frames depending on the brand, starting from the date of purchase. It includes manufacturing faults and defects. It excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear (including chargers). If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.

Manufacturer warranty Periods from original date of purchase:

• Bathmate: 2 Years
• Lelo: 1 Year
• Lovense: 1 Year
• We Vibe: 2 Years

For all other items:

• 60 days warranty for items over $100
• 30 days warranty for items under $99
